UPM Serdang, 28 April 2026 – The Legal Advisor’s Office of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) conducted a benchmarking visit to the Legal Advisor’s Office (PPUU), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

The primary objectives of the visit were to facilitate a knowledge-sharing session on the management of records and documents relating to Memorandum of Understanding and Memorandum of Agreement (MoU/MoA) in a more systematic and efficient manner. In addition, the visit aimed to strengthen collaboration between PPUU UPM and UKM through bilateral discussions and the exchange of views on the review process and procedures for the approval of MoU/MoA, as well as other legal instruments.

The discussion session was conducted in a hybrid mode, involving both in-person and online participation. The session was chaired by Mr. Muhammad Adil bin Ahmad Tajuddin, Legal Advisor of UPM, and attended by Ms. Nariza binti Mohd Elias, Senior Legal Officer, Mr. Shamiel Fikri bin Ishak, Ms. Nor Amierah binti Hamzah, Ms. Nurul Najwa binti Jalaludin and Ms. Fatin Syafiqah binti Muhsin, Legal Officers, Ms. Rasmas binti Husni, Assistant Administrative Officer, and Mr. Md Lukma Nul Hakim bin Saad, Administrative Assistant (Clerical/Operations).

The delegation from PPUU UKM was led by Mdm. Muniroh Abdul Razak, who is currently carrying out the functions of Legal Advisor, and included Ms. Zie Fazleen Hashim, Mr. Muhammad Hanafi Haron, Ms. Nur Fatin Nabila Shafie, Ms. Nor Najihah Abdol Mutalib, Ms. Nur Izzati Mohd Fadzil, Ms. Nurhusna Zainal Abidin, Ms. Sharifah Nurul Qauthar Syed Roshidon, Ms. Noor Harisha Zakaria and Ms. Noor Suhaiza Sadri.
