Achieve 95% of written legal advice provided to the Course Centre within 30 working days upon receipt of complete documentation for the legal issue referred
Provide briefings at least twice a year on UPM's constitution, subsidiary laws and MoU/MoA including procurement contracts to officers involved in administration, governance, preparation and supervision of MoU/MoA.
Achieve 75% of feedback on the review of draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) including letters of intent within 12 working days from the date of receipt of the complete document.
