Corporate Drafting Section

This Section has the following functions and responsibilities:

• handling the preparation of Memorandum of Understanding, Letter of Intent and Indemnity Letter.
• handling the drafting and preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreement, Material Transfer Agreement and Research Agreement.
• handling the drafting and preparation of Academic Agreement including Mobility Agreement, Student Exchange Agreement and academic program collaboration for the award of Dual-Degree, Double-Degree and Cotutelle.
• handling the drafting and preparation of Service, Maintenance and Rental Agreement.
