UPM Serdang, 15 April 2026 – The Self-Audit on Staffing and Organisation (AKPO) 2026 was conducted at the Legal Advisor’s Office (PPUU), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). The audit aimed to assess the organisational structure, staffing requirements, and distribution of workload among officers and staff, in line with the University’s continuous efforts to strengthen a more systematic governance framework. The implementation of the audit involved document reviews and interview sessions with officers and staff.

The AKPO audit was carried out by Puan Hanisah binti Abdul Rahman and Puan Ruhaida binti Mohd Yusof, with the participation of Pn. Nariza binti Mohd Elias, Senior Legal Officer, Cik Nor Amierah binti Hamzah and En. Shamiel Fikri bin Ishak, Legal Officers, as well as Pn. Rasmas binti Husni, Assistant Administrative Officer.
