UPM Serdang, 22 May 2026 – The Office of the Legal Advisor, Universiti Putra Malaysia (PPUU UPM) conducted a Briefing on the Implementation and Second Assessment of the Quality Workplace Environment Practices: Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) 2025/2026, delivered by Ms. Ida Suhaila Md Tahir, with the participation of all Legal Officers and operational support staff.

The briefing was conducted to provide PPUU UPM staff with an overview of the background of EKSA at UPM, the implementation of EKSA, the EKSA assessment criteria, the impact of EKSA before and after its implementation, as well as to share the outcomes of EKSA-related creativity and innovation initiatives.
